Qi gong / 氣功

Qi gong is a breathing exercise that uses mental, breathing and physical training techniques for health maintenance, and the prevention and treatment of disease. Individuals usually practice breathing and physical exercises mindfully. For example, taichi is one kind of qi-gong exercise.
