Indications: absentmindedness, becoming silent, indescribable restless feeling even during sleeping, eating and walking, a bitter taste in mouth and the urine is yellow, a red tongue and the pulse is thready and rapid. A conditions known as lily disease in TCM, that usually occurs after acute feverish illness, poisoning or brain diseases, making the body’s yin fluid depletion, blood and qi disturbances, meridians malnourished and heart spirit dysfunction. In western medicine view, it indicates possible brain damage, or temporary neural dysfunction after illness.
