I was wondering if you could help guide me from a TCm perspective. I have multiple symptoms, the biggest ones being chronic fatigue and headaches with constipation, but I also have sore red eyes, insomnia, poor digestion, I feel hot and thirsty all the time, my urine is scanty and dark, I’m sensitive to light, have high pitched tinitus and have a thick white coating on my tongue.

Any help or recommendations would be great thank you
