Posted - 14/10/2021 14:07:37 I have been diagnosed with Stenosis in the lower lumbar L4. Currently I am in pshysical therapy and have taken an steroid shot to aliviate the pain. The trouble I am having is lack of balance and weakness of the lower limbs. Is there a protocol in Traditional Chinese Medicine to follow to aleviate thos symptoms. I am a follower of TCM but I am having troubles which course of accion to take.. Please anyone Help, Thank YOu

Posted - 9/12/2021 12:50:35 Since the stenosis has weakened your lower limbs, a waistband is necessary, so that the protruded tissues can go back slowly, and relieve pressure on nerves. This is basically a physiotherapy specialty, TCM therapies such as acupuncture, herbs, or massage have limited effects.
