Do you lose jing when you have orgasm without ejaculation? I heard it somewhere and it makes sense since the semen stays inside. But I feel the same after doing it. Same loss of energy and that crappy feeling. Maybe the jing is not in the seed, and you lose it weither you cum or not?

hello, i don't think it happens. If you feel too bad after ejaculation it might mean that your reserves are low. Altough i don't know which ones exactly. I had this problem for years, reduced greatly my sex life but it didn't solve it. More food, more sleep, more rest, better health seems to have kind of reduced the issue to a great deal altough i still try not to ejaculate too much. It means your body is drained and need to be replenished in my opinion
