Hi.
I'm looking for any help and clues for my condition.
I've got electrial injured 10 yeas ago in my left shoulder. I never knew this was the cause untill very resently, In a meditation few days ago I relived this trauma. I felt the electric pain hurt my left side of my body and left side of my heart. I went through a catharsis of some sort. And felt strong afterwards.
However. I have a lot of chest pain, and constrications. Pain in left side of my chest especially. I'm in stress response...

I feel there is something more to do, to be able to heal fully. My left Arm Shao Yin Heart Meridian is the one that denies me from training and being healthy. When I have tried to use my left bicep and left pectoralis muscle they will at last give up, and a radiating feeling strucks through the course of this Meridian. At the start this happen after a long cycle but now Im not enabled to train at all. It is disturbed in someway. How do I heal this meridian?

I have to add, that I did a tattoo between Ht2 and Ht3 which may be a contributor to this cause. And I think It could be both
physiologically and psychologically. Since the tattoo was the name of my girlfriend of that time. And she suffered from childhood trauma, were I took the beat of it.

And this Arm Jue Yin Pericardium Meridian are also disturbed and cause of my inability to use my left bicep and left pectoralis.

So, that is that. I'm reaching out I guess.

How old are you?
Have you checked your cardiovascular and neural health?
Are you a heavy trainer?
Any problem in the hand and finger movements?
How is the feeling of your pain?

Traumatic pain may be associated with blood stasis, below are helpful:

Also proper rest may be the best option for recovery sometimes.
