Title: He Shou Wu cause Pigmentation?

Hi,

I've been taking small doses of Fo-Ti or He Shou Wu for hair purposes. Whilst I found my hair falling lesser, I've also noticed outbreaks of pimples and pigmentation on my face getting worse.

Is this an effect of Fo-Ti and He Shou Wu, would there be anyone who knows?

Hi. Base on the result of modern pharmacological research.
Ho shou Wu can increase tyrosinase activity and melanin production.
That means it may induce production of dark pigments.
But I m not sure there are reports of pigmentation on face in clinical.
