Im 48 and been dealing with my ankles swelling. They dont hurt but I have notice when I dont wear my compression and stay on my feet for a long period of time. My ankle being to swell.

my ankles are 23 inches around, I weigh over 400lbs and need to lose weight , but I do love eating the/at the Buffet lol bring on the Suckling Pig because I'll Suck it up !! lol seriouly though all kidding aside I can relate! contact me if you want a bus to lean on lol psbi use humor to cope jasongavriel@hotmail.com

Do you have varicose veins or leg injury?
If you do, then proper rest must need, as poor circulation like that has no effective drug, surgery may be the only solution.
