What should I do to make my body stronger, recently I feel tired easily?

Fatigue in summer time is likely related to humid hot weather, that accumulated excess damp-heat inside the body; it is advised to eat more cooling foods, such as green vegetables and melons, to eliminate damp-heat pathogens out of the body.
