I'm a TCM practitioner in Chile, and currently studying TCM herbal and diet therapies. Nevertheless here in Chile there is little knowledge and no place to study the cooking techniques for TCM healing food, like medicinal soups, preparations, etc. Is there any place in China or (or anywhere) where a TCM practitioner can study this in english? I love to cook and I would like to be able to cook medicinal food using herbs and TCM knowledge. Could you please advise?
