鼻塞流涕者:加揉 迎香穴 10次、搓擦鼻旁10次; 咽喉腫痛者:加揉頦下10次,掐 少商穴 10次 咳嗽重者:加揉 肺俞穴 10次,按揉 天突穴 10次,揉 膻中穴 10次 發燒者:加揉 肺俞穴 10次,揉 大椎穴 、 曲池穴 各10次。 (參考穴位附圖) |
