ren shen ginseng Radix Ginseng 人參
bai shu largehead atractylodes rhizome Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 白朮
gan jiang fried ginger Rhizoma Zingiberis 乾薑
jiu gan cao liquorice root (processed with honey) Radix Glycyrrhizae praeparata 炙甘草
zhi fu zi prepared monkshood Radix Aconiti Praeparata 制附子

Indications: indigestion, cold pain in the abdomen, vomiting, diarrhea, limb coldness and white fur covered the tongue, which are signs of excessive cold in the spleen and stomach. With appropriate modifications, this formula is commonly used in conditions like acute or chronic gastritis, peptic ulcers, gastroptosis, chronic colitis, chronic bronchitis, oral herpes, menstrual pain and functional uterine bleeding.


主治：脾胃虛寒，表現消化不良，脘腹冷痛，嘔吐泄瀉，四肢不溫，苔白。常用於急慢性胃腸炎、消化性潰瘍、胃下垂、慢性結腸炎、慢性支氣管炎、口腔皰疹、婦女月經過血、經痛等，又屬脾胃虛寒者。
