Hi! I have been looking at tonic formulas, but i cant see to find quantities. That is the first problem.
Second is that I prefer warm tea and I have also read that tea is a better option than teaballs or herb tablets. For me, in Europe, it is hard to get chinese herbs, plust the shipping is exspensive from usa or china. So I am constanly looking for any only shop in europe with chinese herbs in bulk. If anyone knows where i could get this info i would be very happy. Regards, Lara
