Title: excess sweating in feet

hello! so ive noticed that my palms of hands and bottom of feet sweat a lot in a confined space, (i.e shoes). i think this may have to do with me consuming too much cold food, which i have been slowly recovering from with ginger, but i just noticed sweaty feet only recently. can anyone help?

Do you think of any reason that makes you suffer from it lately? Such as health problems or medication?
Any factor that can aggravate or alleviate the sweaty condition?
